Where do the Products Come From?

BagMeBaby has partnered with manufacturers and artisans from all around the world. By ordering direct from these suppliers, we are able to offer you the best prices and the most interesting products.

This means that your order may be shipped from international places such as China, India, Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Thailand, Tibet, Germany, USA, Canada, etc.

It also means that when you order multiple items, they may come from different suppliers, possibly from different locations. This is why, sometimes, your entire order doesn't arrive at the same time. Instead, each item is shipped separately and will arrive at different times. 

We carefully select suppliers to work with so they are trusted both with quality products and accurate shipping. These global suppliers provide tracking numbers once your item is shipped and as additional peace of mind for you, all our products are backed by our rock-solid, 100% satisfaction guarantee. /

When Will My Order be Shipped?

Order processing times can take anywhere from 1-7 business days before shipment (depending on the supplier, how busy they are, and the time of year).

Typical delivery times are about 2 weeks. However, some deliveries can arrive anytime within 1 to 8 weeks. This also depends on the supplier, the shipping companies, time of year, as well as the destination country.

If you'd like to know the status of your other items, please contact us with your name and order number.

I Purchased an Item for a Gift. Will it Arrive in Time?

If the item is meant as a gift, but may not arrive in time, we are happy to provide you with a beautifully designed card with details of the item. This way, you can give the card to the intended receiver so they know what to expect.

Alternatively, we do have gift cards available instead.

Do You Ship Internationally?

YES!! :) We ship just about everywhere in the WORLD!!

Unless you live somewhere obscurely remote, like say, Papua New Guinea or the Galápagos, then we can probably ship to you. IF, during processing your order, we discover that we cannot ship to your location, we will contact you to either make other shipping arrangements, or simply refund your order.

So please please please make sure to leave contact information, either email and/or phone - just in case we need to contact you regarding your order! Suuuuper megaaaa important!

How Much is Shipping?

Our supply partners - with the exception of small specialty artisans - ship thousands of products every day, and we are able to piggy-back on their high-volume shipping accounts to offer extra cheap economy shipping.

If you need your item quicker, we can offer expedited shipping for a higher cost - but still much lower than typical expedited shipping.

On orders over $100, we offer FREE shipping, Internationally! 

I Have Received Only Part of My Order, Where Are the Rest of My Items

Because we have partnered with many suppliers from around the world, many items will ship from different suppliers and even different countries, using different carriers so some items might arrive earlier than others. Also, some packages can experience shipping delays while others do not. Unfortunately, this is nothing we can control and is completely at the mercy of the shipping companies and customs.

Why Haven't I Received My Order Yet?

While some items may arrive early, others can experience shipping delays. The longest wait is usually 8 weeks (2 months). Unfortunately, some items can take even longer, depending on where the order is going to, time of year, customs, and other unforeseen delays.

You will have received an email with tracking information to keep you up-to-date on the status of your delivery.

If your package(s) has not arrive within 8 weeks, please contact us and we will investigate the issue. If necessary, we can either reship your order or offer you a full refund.

Will I Be Charged With Customs, Taxes or VAT?

Import taxes, VAT, duties or other related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office.

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars. Most orders do not incur any extra fees upon arrival in its destination country, HOWEVER, if customs decides the order is eligible for fees, then you are responsible to pay the duties and/or taxes/VAT.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

What if I Need to Cancel or Change My Order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately! Once our supplier(s) has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

Holiday Order Delays

If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday or occasional gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.
